Зростання невдоволення росіян Путіним підтверджується даними розвідки, оприлюдненими Зеленським

Zelenskyy revealed intelligence data: Indicators of Russians’ dissatisfaction with Putin are steadily growing 14.06.2026 12:55 Ukrinform President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, after a briefing by intelligence representatives, released information indicating that 33% of Russians will disapprove of Volodymyr Putin’s activities at the time of the State Duma elections.

The head of the Ukrainian state announced this on Telegram, Ukrinform reports.

Following the intelligence representatives’ report on the assessment of the internal Russian situation and the acquisition of documents that reach the desk of the head of Russia, Zelenskyy stated: “… The so-called projected indicators of Russians’ dissatisfaction with Putin will continue to steadily grow, and he has already begun to be accustomed to the idea that the growth of dissatisfaction cannot be stopped and this indicator will ‘not reach a plateau’ by September, when parliamentary elections are scheduled in Russia.”

He published a photo with information according to which, as of September 20, Russians predict that the level of disapproval of Putin’s activities will be 33%, while 55% of the Russian population will approve of his actions.

The President noted that Russia’s ruling party has also rapidly lost popularity. “Regarding the support indicator for the Russian ruling party, a steady downward trend is recorded, which means the need for significantly more falsifications. Reports also indicate a substantial increase in protest sentiments in Russian regions. We believe that these reports do not yet account for potential events in June, July, and August, which cannot but further influence the situation in Russia,” he said.

The head of state also assured that pressure on Russia for this war will continue and will increase. Therefore, according to Zelenskyy, Putin will face much worse indicators by September.

“Unfortunately, to all public and non-public proposals for peace that we have made, the only response has been words about continuing his war. The internal Russian situation should convince otherwise: that peace is needed. Ukraine proposes to negotiate a dignified peace. Obviously, the trends will not change, and over time, this may mean that an agreement will have to be concluded with someone else from Russia – with someone who will not hide from reality,” Zelenskyy believes.

As reported, on June 4, Zelenskyy wrote an open letter to Kremlin head Volodymyr Putin and proposed a personal meeting to end the war. The President of Ukraine noted that such a meeting could take place in third countries that traditionally serve as platforms for international negotiations, including Switzerland, Turkey, or Arab states. At the same time, Zelenskyy emphasized that he does not consider the possibility of holding negotiations in Moscow or Kyiv.

The Russian dictator rejected the proposal of the President of Ukraine.
