Navrotskiy accused the Ukrainian authorities of “crossing the boundaries of good neighborly relations” 30.06.2026 20:06 Ukrinform Polish President Karol Navrotskiy stated that the Ukrainian authorities are “increasingly crossing the boundaries of good neighborly relations” and criticized the Polish opposition for its reaction to his decisions regarding Ukraine. He wrote about this on social network X, Ukrinform reports. Navrotskiy stated that the opposition initially mocks and criticizes his initiatives, and then starts to support them themselves. He cited his actions regarding the development of strategic relations with the USA as an example. “When I take care of them and strive to make them the best possible, I first hear laughter, and then – attacks and criticism. And a few days later, the same people compete for the lead in building Fort Trump,” wrote Navrotskiy. He noted that the same thing happens in the case of his decisions regarding Ukraine. “When I make decisions that correspond to Polish national interests regarding Ukraine, which is increasingly going beyond the bounds of good neighborly relations, this scenario repeats itself. They scandalously try to equate the president of their own country with the president of a country that honors those guilty of genocide against Poles. And again, after a few days, some politicians seem to grow up and begin to realize their mistake,” Navrotskiy stated. He added that he likes this change of views, emphasizing that he acts in the interests of Poland. As Ukrinform reported, RP President Karol Navrotskiy made a decision on June 19 to strip Volodymyr Zelenskyy of the Order of the White Eagle. The next day, Zelenskyy announced that he had sent the order to the Polish president by mail and emphasized that Ukraine remains open to meaningful interaction with partners. Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk stated that Navrotskiy’s decision to strip Zelenskyy of the Order of the White Eagle plays into Moscow’s hands and causes shock among allies.
