The Kremlin has once again resorted to cynical statements regarding the war against Ukraine, groundlessly accusing Kyiv of allegedly having an “absolute” unwillingness for peace. Although it is Moscow that evades negotiations in every possible way and resorts to new ultimatums.
Another impudent statement was made by the spokesperson for the dictator Putin, Dmitry Peskov.
He also deceitfully repeated the thesis about alleged “openness” to peace negotiations.
“Putin maintains his openness,” the Kremlin representative lied.
At the same time, Peskov emphasized, Moscow “continues to remain open to achieving its goals through political and diplomatic settlement.”
The “führer’s” spokesperson once again accused Kyiv not only of unwillingness to end the war but also of alleged escalation. He claims that it is only because of this that the Russian Federation continues the so-called “special operation” and will expand the “buffer zone” on the border with Ukraine.
The Kremlin also did not ignore Ukrainian strikes on Russian facilities. They cynically called on Washington to put pressure on Kyiv to stop attacks on the Russian Federation’s infrastructure.
As reported, Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov stated that the Kremlin will continue the war in Ukraine. He threatened that this would continue until Moscow achieves the goals set by “führer” Vladimir Putin in June 2024. In particular, this includes the withdrawal of the Armed Forces of Ukraine from the territories of Donetsk, Luhansk, Zaporizhzhia, and Kherson regions.
At the same time, the Kremlin also states that it is ready to continue fighting, although it allegedly seeks “peace.” In particular, according to Dmitry Peskov, Russians have sufficient resources to continue the so-called SMO.
