The Kremlin continues to try to intimidate with strikes on Kyiv and states the need to leave the capital of Ukraine. They claim, “the information has been conveyed to everyone.”

This was stated by the press secretary of the “Fuhrer,” Dmitry Peskov.

According to him, Moscow “warned” the staff of foreign diplomatic missions that they allegedly should leave Kyiv. Instead, they should “make their own decisions.”

In addition, Peskov complained that “not everyone takes seriously the warnings” from the Kremlin about plans to strike military-industrial complex facilities.

At the same time, the representative of Volodymyr Zelenskyy continues to brazenly lie, as if for Russia, “peaceful ways of achieving goals” are a priority. However, he cynically threatened that everything “will depend on the development of events.”

Strike on Kyiv and threats from the Russian Federation

On the night of May 24, Russia launched a massive strike on Kyiv. Moscow brazenly claims, they say, that they carried out the attack “in response” to the alleged shelling of a college in the occupied Luhansk region. However, ISW analysts emphasized that this justification does not align with Russia’s historical pattern of behavior.

It should be noted that after this attack on Kyiv, new loud statements were heard from Russia. In particular, Rodion Miroshnik, Ambassador-at-Large of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, impudently stated that “Kyiv itself asked for retaliatory strikes.”

In addition, Moscow expressed indignation at the lack of reaction from the **USA** to the threats of “systematic strikes” on the capital of Ukraine. Dmitry Peskov emphasized that, allegedly, for the Russian Federation, “the priority is the warning that has been sent.”
