Russian dictator Volodymyr Putin donned a uniform and arrived in Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk, where he participated in the final stage of the Pacific Fleet exercises. However, the visit was not without a dose of strong threats.

On Sakhalin, the dictator boarded the Guards missile cruiser “Varyag.” For his public appearance, Putin chose a special official uniform of the supreme commander-in-chief of the armed forces of the aggressor country – a standardized everyday attire for the country’s top military leadership.
Speaking during the exercises, the Kremlin’s head issued a series of threats against all those who are unwelcome and those who allegedly threaten the security of the aggressor Russia. In particular, the “Führer” not only spoke about the alleged Western plans to seize Russian merchant ships but also about selling “plundered property.”
Traditionally, Putin did not refrain from threats. He stated that Moscow would consider such actions by Western countries as “piracy and banditry.” Moreover, according to him, if such plans are realized, Russia “will be forced” to respond “in kind.”
At the same time, the dictator threatened that Russia could act not only in the waters where Russian ships might allegedly be attacked but even where “we deem it necessary and appropriate.” Specifically, within the zone of responsibility of the Pacific Fleet.
For reference, on August 12, the DPRK launched a ballistic missile towards the East Sea amid preparations for joint military exercises between the US and South Korea. Experts believe that this latest test could be a trial of an improved missile that North Korea is potentially preparing for export to the Russian Federation.
