The statement was issued to The Hollywood Reporter by the actress’s spokesperson amidst a deluge of rumors that flooded social media immediately following her demise. He did not conceal his indignation at how swiftly the tragedy was transformed into fodder for gossip.
“Many individuals who were not close to Hayden are exploiting her death as an opportunity to fabricate rumors and speculation regarding a situation they knew very little about. This is a profound disrespect to her memory and to those who knew and loved her and are now experiencing an immense loss,” emphasized the source.

The actress passed away on August 16th at the age of 36. The autopsy revealed no signs of trauma that could have caused her death, leaving the official cause of the tragedy still unknown.
Concurrently, sources within the police, cited by Page Six, have suggested that Hayden’s heart may have stopped due to an overdose of psychoactive substances. The Drug Enforcement Administration has been brought into the case, and law enforcement discovered “Narcan,” an opioid overdose reversal drug, at the scene.
The question of whether this medication was administered to Panettiere was clarified by Zach Hickerson, the brother of Brian Hickerson, the actress’s partner, who had previously faced accusations of domestic violence against her.
“When we entered the living room and attempted to rouse Hayden for dinner, we realized she was unresponsive. I immediately dialed 911, and Brian administered Narcan. We then performed CPR together, keeping 911 on speakerphone until rescuers and paramedics arrived. Afterward, we watched them do everything they could to save her life,” Zach Hickerson recounted.
